19 Jun 2007 - French Breakfast
On Tuesday 19th June 2007 Year's 4 and 5 had their French Breakfast. There was lots of lovely food and drinks for us.
The food we chose from was du pain (bread), des croissants (croissants) un pain du chocolat (croissant with chocolate in it), du beurre (butter) and du confiture (jam).
The choice of drink was un chocolat chaud (hot chocolate) un café (coffee), un thé (tea) and un jus d'orange (orange juice).
We had to ask for what we wanted in French and then Year 5 served us. After we had finished eating Year 4 served Year 5. We had to ask for the food in French from the staff, who were serving from the main table.
After this there was a quiz all about France. Then we were entertained by the Year 2's who sang some songs in French.
We had a brilliant time and would like to thank all the staff who prepared the food for
us.
